Judge Stuart Scott Santa Clara County Family Court Violation of Civil Rights: denied opportunity to cross examine/confront witnesses San Jose CA

In Family Law Court, Judge Scott violated my Civil Rights by refusing me the opportunity to confront/cross examine witnesses against me. He admitted in open court that he failed to read any filings, motions, or evidence submitted by me prior to making his egregious and errant ruling. He refused to consider exculpatory evidence that wld contradict motions proffered by opposing counsel and false evidence submitted by the Supervised Visitation provider wherein she falsely accused me of harassment and/or threats. He did all of this in direct contravention and ignorance of evidence which wld clearly exonnerate me. Then he gave biased aid to the opposing attorney by suggesting that he seek damages/sanctions against me (and I’m not even a party to the matter. The case is between my wife and her deadbeat ex who is a convicted felon!) Judge Scott violated multiple Canons of Judicial Ethics. I filed a complaint with the Commission on Judicial Performance and with the Presiding Judge for Santa Clara County. If anyone wants a copy of that complaint please let me know.
