We hired Julian Miller to create a website for one of our clients. He failed at every single pass. Timelines mean absolutely nothing to him and he'll tell you things like, best practices, best protocol, industry standard, which is baloney.

He doesn't follow direction, and either hires people outside the country which takes so much time or just doesn't really care. I'm thinking the latter. ALSO DO NOT PAY HIM UPFRONT! We were 50% done and he asked us to pay him the rest because of an emergency tooth surgery, which we reluctantly did, and he never finished. Some other excuses were: laptops broke, server's taking too long, lost files from transfer, can't ftp, etc.

I have been in the marketing business for over 19 years and have never experienced someone that lied so many times and did not produce anything substantial for our company. You'd be a complete fool to hire someone like him and only come out looking really really bad. Hire an intern and you'll get more out of them for free.
