I ordered a jacket from the website and paid with my credit card. After a long wait a received a different item which was no where close in the price rang of the item I had purchased. Wrote to the seller that I had received the wrong item which he confirmed but now they will neither send me the correct item or compensate me for the one I had paid. Have tried to contact them but they do not reply back. Do not know what to do other then report it here. The company is located in Shanghai.
