Called in about a car I saw online, was told purchase price and needed documents to leave the lot with the vehicle .
so I met with dealer discussed again the agreement for the car including how much I was willing to pay, what monthly payment was feasible etc. I left my husband to finalize the deal as he was the purchaser. Got home later that night and realized my husband wasn't given a truth I'm lending disclosure. Red flag! So we called Westlake the finance company who informed us that according to the paperwork submitted by kings auto inc, the car was sold for 3000.00 more than the agreed upon price as if we didn't put a down payment.
when we contacted kings auto inc, they said no they sold it at agreed upon price and that our problem was with Westlake .
long story short now kings auto inc is refusing to accept our calls.
