I bought two of her programs to buy wholesale properties and subject to, her videos are outdated and when I called her about a question about the contracts that she provided, she told me to call a lawyer, in her presentation she said that I just needed to fill the contract and send the offer to the seller. It was a waste of money, the reason you don't see more reports is because people is ashamed to report that they have been scammed. you have been warned!!!
