my blower went down,it cost me 368.00 to get it fixed. they paid 59.00. they wre trying to send a used one that would take a week to get here and i was going to have to pay the shipping
i bought a protection plan warranety, that included 5 years, 100,000 miles. was supposed to be bumper to bumper.well my blower went down. iput my truck in the shop to get repaired.i am supposed to get a rental.didnt get a rental, they said you would be reimbursed afterwards.the total of the repairs cost 368.00. they paid 59.00 dollars ofit. i was only supposed to pay 100.00 deductable.they were trying to ship in a used part that i was going to have to pay the shipping on. it ch would have took a week
