Magazine City Lying after taking Subscription Charlottesville Virginia

This is the reply I got everytime I enquired about my magazine subscription for which I had paid in January 2004 last year.

They say everytime that I should wait for 4 months for my subscription to be processed. shown below is their reply: (Hello:

Thank you for your inquiry concerning your subscription. Please note that you placed your order with us on January 9th, 2005. Because publishers label their magazines up to 2 months in advance, the first issue usually takes from 10 to 12 weeks to arrive. Therefore, the first issue should arrive Late April. If you have not received the first issue by Early May, please let us know and we will follow up with the publisher.
