Marigold World Inc Skin Repair Simple Fradulently charged my credit card. They took my card number from a free produce that I paid for shipping on after filling out a questionair. Las Vegas NV

I received an email and was asked to fill out a questionaire from Macys on my past shopping.  I then was to have received a free gift.  There were NO terms and conditions.   I had to give my credit card to pay for shipping.  14 days later they charged my credit card $85.95 & $89.95.  I called for a credit and was told no.  I was persistent saying I needed 100% credit.  I was told no but they would give me a 35% credit.  Again I said no and to give me a 100% credit or I was going to the BBB and my credit card company.  Then they offered 75% credit.  AGAIN I said no & transfer me to the supervisor.  I was put on hold by Kiero and when she came back I was told the supervisor approved a 100% credit.  It should appear in 3-5 business days.
