I ordered a Powerbook charger in early April 2016 and it is now May 22 2016 and still no charger or refund. I've called at least 10 times and actually spoken to someone 3 times (they rarely answer the phone often as you will discover) and requested a refund. I was given the same speech each time..."Finance is slow at processing...blah, blah, blah". It has the feel of a one man show that is run overseas as I have spoken with the same women each time.

Just learned that are also known as 24 Hour Chargers.

STAY AWAY from these people. They have no intention of shipping you anything or refunding your money.
