I see this  man is still at it. Here it is 2016 still posts for contractors on Craigslist still rips people off. And now sells for other companies takes their leads only to scre the crew he put on the job. Still threatens with court. But what's that do? It gives us a 500.00 fine but that's no big deal bc once he's outside if he's not hiding inside he can surely get his a** kicked outside. But in my experience I've seen him either wait inside or have an officer walk with him or an officer would walk the grounss to see if the person he owes is gone. He lives on the Blackwood golf course which is a gated community and there's a guard out front. Only way in would be to hide in my buddy's trunk and go through the gates. He wouldn't want that.
