Motor Meister Jerry Marks A true scam Downey California

I contacted Motor Meister to arrange to tow my car to Downey to be repaired. Jerry Marks called me and we spoke for 30 minutes or more and he convinced me it was no big deal to rebuild the engine. They arranged the tow and on the same day they did a Paypal order of a replacement bearing that I processed. In looking up their address I came upon all the web sites that slam him as a con. I called the tow and turned them around and had the car brought to my home. They said I still needed to pay for the tow and wanted payment to deliver to me instead of the shop in Downey where they would have received payment from them.  

I contacted Jerry Marks and he said he would check if they charged my account and get it reversed if they did. They did charge the 450.00 and did not reverse it. Plus the part shipped to them was paid by me at another 631.00

Emails are now ignored. Big mistake not doing the research on this company. Now I am out 1081.00 bucks and they did nothing for me. Just took my money and turned away. They are a true and factual ripoff. Stay away.
