I subscribed to this site on a trial basis, noting that they had a sesven day guaranteed refund plicy.

I did not feel that the service was what I wanted, so I cancelled within 7 days, using their web site. I have an e-mail from them, dated within 7 days of signing up, confirming that they were disappointed that I did not want to continue with them.

The charge of $32.85 then appears on my credit card bill. When I contact them to refund the charge, they claim that I am not entitled to it, using some funky claim that I did not complete a satisfaction survey. When I did that they then replied that they could not issue a refund, in spite of the fact that when you sign up on the web site, it clearly states that, and I quote: "Your membership is backed by a 7 day satisfaction guarantee."

Not only will they not issue a refund, but they make it very user unfriendly to try to cancel in the "PROPER WAY", and equally as difficult to try to get the refund.

My advice is - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE - there are many other free sites to use to download - they bring nothing to the party!
