Mp3downloading.com Ripoff Sucked in and ripped off by a company I thought was legit Internet

I found the mp3 downloading site through a search and from all accounts the company looked legit. Very professionally done with FAQ page as well as guarntee to refund monies if not happy or satisfied. Company was advertised on well known computer magazine websites as well.

I signed up for two years at approx $25. However when bill was put through found that an additional program, Etomi Pro had been included. When I tried to print copy of invoice could not do so. Once purchase was made was also told that now there was only a seven day period for money back guarantee and that would not include the cost of the downloaded program.

Quickly found out that Etomi was the same as a free program, Limewire, plus several others. In short i was charged for a program that was already free on the net. As for all the downloading promised it was bascically non existent as you had the limiations of the Etomi program.

Efforts to contact the company through their on site help line put you in a circular pathe that led nowhere. Efforts to call the comapny on there supposed customer support line led only to busy signals or long waits while you where automaticlly put on hold with no one coming on line.

I got sucked in and ripped off. Fortunately I paid by Visa and after complaining to Visa was able to get my money back.

In my view mp3downloading.com is a fraudulnet company that is extremely misleading and untruthful in its advertising. There web site is very professional however their ethics are not.
