Mt Lebanon Cemetary in Mt Lebanon Pennsylvania mistake on their part. They made a mistake when I purchased two plots for burial for the cremated remains of three people. Now they want me to pay for it. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

After the death of my father, I purchased two burial plots (for creamated remains) for me, my sister and my father.
This was ten years ago. I get a phone message that they need to talk to me regarding their privacy papers.
The rep comes to my house then states there is a problem with how the contract was written up...their mistake. To correct it would cost me more money. I told the rep that I would not pay for their mistake.
I reported them to the Better Business bureau and I sent them a letter. There was on reaponse to either.
It seems I have no recourse on this....I want others to becareful so this does not happen to them.
