multiplan ppo ripoff lied made me think it was viable insurance instead it was just a discount said it had a 10 dollar copay for prescriptions and there was nothing when I called and requested an info packet they told me it would take 3-5 days and I never received anything I tried this 4 times and still nothing.its a scam. Internet

This company offers a health insurance and told me no copays for Dr no referrals needed 10copay for prescriptions and its all a lie.I never received any packet other than my cards. When I call 3-5 times every time they told me it would take 5 days to receive the packet but I never got it. This is just a scam like I was warned about.
