Mycellz4less Former Cellz4less EBay Seller: Cellz4less Will Cost U Lots. Scam, Fraud, Used product sold as NEW, BEWARE!!!! Culver City California

This is a warning to anyone who plans to or has done business with MyCellz4less the former eBay seller Cellz4less the address and phone number are the same for the two companies. You might first ask why the name change, well read everything you can find on these scam artists and you will find out why, don't JUST read this.

I bought two cell phones from Cellz4less on eBay for around 200 dollars. The phones were described as new, never opened in the box, never used. Well the first set of phones I received were obviously used with the Cingular logo ( how long has cingular been AT&T now, hmm about a year) on the back of the phone and a big sticker on the inside saying refurbished. I tried to contact the people at cellz4less through email as shown on eBay but all my emails came back as an invalid email address. It took me about three week to find a phone number and when I did it took 30 calls in one day just to get someone to answer. I must have called over 100 time in three months with only two successful attempts. I sent the phones back with the promise shipping would be refunded and the next phones would be ship to me at no cost. I never got the refund and was charged again for shipping. When the second set of phones came and they too were refurbished (sticker on back), with some other persons phone numbers and this time with a french photocopy instructions booklet.

With no response for assistance from cellz4less (now MyCellz4less, big name change lol) I was forced to file a dispute with PayPal. It took three weeks before they responded to the PayPal dispute saying they could not contact me ( you have to try first, there is no record or they contacting me in any way during this period). PayPal never ask for any information from me and in the end said I needed to pay to ship the phones again back to Cellz4less/Mycellz4less to receive my money minus all previous shipping and handling. So what I get to pay for the privilege to use a shipping company for fun, because if i followed PayPal's resolution I end up with no phones and I'm out shipping three times. This dispute was never resolved I had to have phones before vacation so I reset to factory settings and am stuck using them.

Cellz4less also resorted to all sorts of retaliation through eBay. All was resolved with eBay in my favor but it took weeks. Cellz4less/MyCellz4less also filed five dispute resolutions under five different case numbers with Square Trade for the same single sale. Read very carefully anything that deals with Square Trade, be very careful. I responded to Square Trade to inform them of the duplicate cases for the same item and to inform them I had no intentions of resolving the issue through them (I used PayPal whom I paid through). Square Trade informed me they had dropped the cases due to what look like a fraud attempt.

It appears eBay has dropped Cellz4less or they have pulled from eBay under this name. They have however changed their name to MyCellz4less and are conducting business on the web. The address and phone numbers are the SAME for the two companies. So be careful, that is unless u like getting junk and loosing money, in that case blindly move forward.
