Nancy Sanchez Julio Barrios owner Never paid one red cent! Whittier California

"Nancy Sanchez" ripped us off for pool cleaning service for a home owned by Julio Barrios, when we pulled the title on the property there was no one by the name Nancy Sanchez listed for this address.  She called us out to maintain her pool which was green when we started service.  We put $75 chemicals in to turn it around and serviced it a couple of weeks before we terminated her service as she was unwilling to make necessary repairs so we could properly maintain her pool.  We sent her a final invoice, 2.5 years later this woman has not paid us even a SINGLE PENNY!!!!!!!!  Called, text, left messages, NOTHING!  Apparently it's ok to rip people off by stealing services and chemicals and not paying for them.
