I was sent an advertisement for a beautiful glue-less lace front wig being offered on discount. I ordered 3 from a company called Purelace.shop I first became suspicious when the order confirmation was sent to me and the return email address was a fake. The tracking number I was provided was for a company in China. I received a package after weeks only to open it and find I had been deceived. The items I received were not even close to the items I thought I purchased. The advertisement was for virgin human hair, what I was sent was not even hair at all. When I attempted to contact anyone in the company I found out the number, email, and address were all fake! I want a refund and I don't know the first step about how to get my money back.
