This dealer is a joke. Every time I come there it's a new crew from the GM to the sales staff. I bought two trucks there and I swear the one I bought there this time is the last I will ever buy. There isn't anything bad from my truck. I love it. But I received a bs letter in the mail about three months ago saying they wanted to buy my truck and they would double my tax return. Well this couldn't be further from the truth. They used some flim flam hocus pocus bs to explain this liar letter. I asked repeatedly to speak to the GM and the sales person gave me some excuse that he was busy in meetings. I noticed an office where it appeared to be a GMs office and he was yelling at what looked like managers. The sales person finally went to the office and asked this short man behind a desk if he wanted to talk to an upset but repeat customer. He didn't know I could hear but he said "F$#k him. If he wants to buy a car great. Otherwise tell him to F$#k off.". Then he laughed and went back to his meeting. Later on I asked the receptionist what his name was and they said his name was Jim Hatfield. I asked for his email address and they gave it to me. He never returned any of my emails or phone calls. But sent me some letter thanking me for the business. What a joke. I bought a truck there but later found out that I could have gotten a better deal at spring. Never do business with the jokers unless you want to get treated poorly. Someone should teach that GM about customer service. He sucks.

Stay Away from the Service Department

AUTHOR: DJM - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, February 19, 2016

Please stay away from the service department also.  They always have a new staff and seem to be very incompetent.  Take your vehicle somewhere else.  Every single time that you call htem for an update they sned you to a calling center and use the excuse that they are very busy so it is like pulling teeth trying to get a service advisor.  Trust me you will be upset and dissatisfied with their performance.  They really try to get out of repairing your vehicle even if it is under warranty.  It seems that they don't hold the bumper to bumper warranty and want to charge you for things that are under warranty.  Please stay away from this dealership at all costs.  Please go somewhere else.

What?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 18, 2011

If there is any RipOff here you let them do it.

Becauase the way this is written.  The letter they sent you was bogus, the GM basically said to F-Off, but you STILL bought a car from them.

By the way the "I could have gotten a better deal in spring" just sounds like buyers remorse.
