Ocwen Financial Corporation ripoff, harassment, lies, will not let you make a payment Florida orlando

This company refuses to let me make payments towards my accounts. Therefore, I have started calling my local bank and asking them to be on the line with me when i call them. Thus being an accredible witness.

This company has called my house and left a message calling me"a fu**ing bit** i'm going to kill you, I hate you." this message went on for 2 min.

Ocwen has sent me bogus bills, held my checks making them late, they have said that my checks had the wrong number on them and therefore there company charged me a late fee and a fee for the returned check.

This fee for a return check comes from your bank. My bank has never recieved any checks back from this company. How can Ocwen charge a person for a returned check? they can not only your bank will do that.

Now every time I make a payment to Ocwen I have late fees because there is always a problem with my payment they say.

While writing this letter an advocate from Ocwen called reguarding my complaints and has stood by Ocwen protecting them and finding that they have did no wrong and is justifying there actions. This conversation is over within seconds.

Payments sent to Ocwen take days or weeks before being posted. I have even tried paying them over the phone and guess what? They said that I did not pay my whole mortgage amount of $460 but I chose to pay $453 instead sounds odd yes. Thus adding on more late fees.

This company purposly submitted the wrong amount from my credit card.

If anyone knows of a good attorney I can use one. All of my accounts because of theis company have overdrafts. I barely have money to live because of this companies fees.

This company refuses to let you talk with an american they all sound like they are from Iran. They refuse to give you the number to their finance department as well. when their advocate called she spoke clear english yet, to defend Ocwen. Hhow funny
