I signed up for the 7 day free trial of a meal plan generator. I have multiple food allergies and was hopeful this would be useful in generating new ideas to expand my limited food options. I signed up expecting to be able to have a look around before making a commitment, but I was never able to log in. I tried multiple time to get assistance for the first four days, but no one ever responded to my emails, nor to the phone messages I left. I finally left a message and sent an email requesting they cancel my account before the seven day trial was up. That didn't happen, so I started calling and writing requesting a refund. Still no response. I disputed the charges through my credit card company, and after investigating, they reversed the charges. However, the program charged me again in last month. I disputed it again and while waiting to hear back, just noticed that they have charged me again for the third time. I fear I'm going to need to cancel my card and change the number to make it stop. All this trouble and I was never even able to view the product at all.
