Paul Daftarian is a con man, we were taken advantage of and were a victim of his unethical ways. Stay away from this group as they will do anything for a dollar. They are very unorganized and have no ethical guidelines. Paul has been on rip off report before with a different business quantum law firm. A business name he changed multiple times to stay out of the spotlight of being dishonest and a con man. Paul and The Daftarian Group has been under constant attack since May from an individual whose identity is unverifiable yet we know he is an ex-employee and who he is. "Dean A" from Anchorage as presented here, aka Dean "Aldridge" from Sherman Oaks, CA as listed on Yelp, has been leaving bad reviews across all platforms under names that start with Dean and other aliases, all from new, one time use accounts. Dean does not actually exist. Fake profile.
In reviewing the company database, Paul has never had a prospect or client with the stated identity. The author of the post does not state any specifics as to why they have issues with Paul. If they actually did business with him, what went south? The language is defamatory and is a personal attack. The author is hiding behind a false Identity. This rating does not reflect a genuine experience with our company.
This individual is not known to anybody from our company. It has been posted by an individual who is trying to manipulate our ratings for the worse. Most likely a competitor or ex-employee. Other then the recent attacks this year on Yelp and Google by the same individual, we have a stellar reputation on Yelp, Facebook and Zillow. We have flagged three Yelp review as false reviews and Yelp removed them. We have flagged multiple false reviews on Google, all of which come from new accounts with only one review.
Google is investigating the IP addresses at this time. And in fact though YOUR Dean A says he is in Alaska, his IP address will probably reflect Newport Beach, CA. As an investigator for Paul, I would ask "Dean" to provide proof of life. Please provide me with your true identity and proof that you actually did business with Paul or his real estate brokerage. If you can prove this, we will address your concerns as Paul takes great pride in making his clients happy.
