Pier Master Begging for a response - I am hearng crickets Grandview Missouri

I have been extremely disappointed in the customer service offered by Pier Masters.  We had our driveway and very long sidewalk replaced last fall.  When our driveway was approx. 6 months old it developed a crack all the way across it where a joint probably should have been placed.  I emailed the company and they asked for pictures.  They said he forwarded the pictures to the contractor and that was the last I heard from them.  Now that our driveway is barely one year old, it has developed yet another crack.  I have sent many, many emails to this company and I am TOTALLY IGNORED!  If they would simply come out and look at the issue and determine if this was faulty work or just bad luck I would be okay with them, but as is I CANNOT recommend them to anyone – ever.  They take your money and run!
