My uncle is currently homeless and couch surfing so when a friend gave him John's number he called as a result of desperation. They made an appointment for Saturday 12pm to meet and get everything started. 

His "office" have absolutely nothing to do with rooms or even real estate. There are tools and hardware displayed all over the office and a bike hanging up on the wall. The guy doesnt even have a somewhat professional attire. My uncle decided to take a chance with this guy and after much concideration he decided to pay $225 fee for assistance in finding a studio.

John did nothing to facilitate the process. Infact, half of the time it was impossible to even get through the "hotline" that John provided. By Monday, it was apparant that something was not normal and I thought it was best to go demand a refund even thought he signed an agreement that there was no refunds given. 

When we got to his office he met us downstairs and refused to take us up to his office until we started getting angry and loud. When we got up to the office he was so disrespectful, beligerent and extremely condesending for the entire time we were there. After refusing to give us back the  money, we threatened to call the police so he gave back only $120 making us agree we would not get the police involved.

We then left and called the the Police. When the Police came he shut the elevators down and locked the stairs so they wont be able to settle the mater. After we left  the location the police was able to speak to him and John gave the cops the same "I dont give a s**t" attitude he gave us. We never got back the rest of the money but we are taking steps to getting him arrested. 

Next I am filling a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumers Affairs. This guy needs to be taken off the streets NOW!!! Please stay away from this man and I hope you need this before you give him your hard earned CASH.
