Planet Mobility Ordered and paid for lift chair not receved yet after 2 months Shelby Township Michigan

I ordered and paid for a lift chair but 2 months later I still can not find out where it is or why I have not received it yet. They initially told me it would take about 3 weeks before it was delivered. They keep putting me on hold, not returning phone messages and saying they will check with the factory on it and get back to me (but don't). This chair is for my 78 year old father and he has fallen twice trying to sit down while we wait for this chair.
