I have not received my order which was placed Dec. 2, 2016. Placed order Dec. 2, 2016. Order #R462358365 total $43.99 for the purchase of 3 Prize Candles. I have not received my order & not even gotten a tracking number to show it was mailed. The website www.prizecandle.com says out of stock & does not allow you to see anything else or how to contact them through the website. I have emailed twice through my email order confirmation & have not received any reply back. I have called 310-870-7114 & says number is not in service.

Prize Candle products ordered as Christmas gifts were not as promissed many of the candles had foul smells to them especially the Bourban Candle I spent over 200.00 with this company and am not pleased that they were not a company after the holidays to contact them with my complaints and the fact i wanted to return many of the items i had purchased very poor business practice and almost all of the rings were the same crappy and very cheap internet on-line based Internet
