I order flowers for my mother who is recovering from surgery. The cost on the proflower.com website was $19.99. There was no notice of additional charges upon checking-out. When I received my email receipt, they had charged me $45.96. That's more than twice as much as the advertised price and what I expected to pay.

When I challenged their rip-off, they sent an email which only detailed an additional $9.99, which they said was for Saturday shipping. That still does not add up to the $45.96 they charged. With our without that additional charge, stay far away from this place unless you want them to charge you more than twice the advertised price.
