I was jurt on the job at another temporary service here in san antonio, texas, and when i was hurt they refused to let me go to the doctor, and refused to pay me saying that i was not really hurt! I contacted a workmens comp lawyer, and they are now suing the temporary service. I went and had an MRI, and X-RAYS done on my shoulder where i was injured. There was definitely damage to my shoulder muscles. This was on December 19, 2006. And workmens comp is still denying that i got hurt. We are in the process of going to court with my lawyers, and with the reports from the doctors, i will win. I suggest you get a workmens comp lawyer. Something the temporary service does not tell you when you get injured is that, after 7 days workmens comp kicks in. And don't worry about having money for the lawyer, because workmens comp pays for your lawyer. They got mad because you went to another doctor which is your right. You have to go to their doctor the first time, but after that you get to go to a doctor of your choice, like i did. When you find a lawyer, tell them everything that happened.
