Pure Nutrients - Nature Cleanse No Risk Free Trial offer is effectively High Risk, no refund Melbourne Florida

Foolishly, I believed that the Nature Cleanse "No Risk Free Trail" offer, endorsed by Rachel Ray was a safe trail offer and signed up for it. It is not free, they charge your credit card for the full price (plus postage, which the offer was clear on). I received the product. I did not remove the seal as the Rachel Ray endorsed ad also offered a free trail on Acai Berry pills and recommended using both products together. Today I received a credit card statement showing an $88 charge for Nature Cleanse. When I called their customer service number to ask for an address to return the product to I was told that "they do not encourage returns" and "they cannot refund the $88 because the 14 day trial period starts from the day of purchase and was up" - I have not had the product for 14 days - what kind of a trial period starts from the day of purchase!!! I did not receive the Acai Berry product until this afternoon, so had not unsealed or opened the Nature Cleanse bottle. I have no intention of even opening the Acai Berry package - it's going back in its original wrapping. The Nature Cleanse is going back also.
