After searching online for a company that sold shoes we decided on this one. After much deliberation we decided to order. We live in a "foreign" counrty (Canada), we made sure that they would ship and we understood that there would be a one to three week delay for anything in the US and more than that outside the US.
Well its now 6 WEEKS on and we have heard NOTHING!!! not return to our emails or phone calls. There is still no product and we have been billed! There doesn't seem to be anyone answering the phone or emails.
We have had to report this to our credit card company. They have had to file a report that there is a complaint.
We just wanted the product that is all!
