R-I Auto Care and Repair Don't Go There!!! Miami, Florida

I took my car to them in order to change the engine mounts.  The service was done and I took my car home.  While driving home I noticed a vibration in the engine which I assumed it had to do with maybe the hood not being closed properly.  The following morning as I was driving to work the same thing happened, this time the vibration was stronger.  I got concerned and headed to them in order to see what was going on.  The mechanic told me everything was fine with the engine and told me this could be something else not associated with the work they performed.   The following day I went back to them since my car was driving really odd and the engine vibration was too strong.  The told me the same thing and told me they could check my car for other problems but whatever it is it had nothing to do with the mounts that were replaced.  I felt they were trying to give me the run around and took it to another service center as my car was almost not drivable.  The mechanics at this place after checking my car asked me if I had done any repairs to the engine mounts.  I told them that I had just changed them recently.  I was told that the mounts were left loose and that was the reason for the vibration, also as a consequence of the mounts not being adjusted properly the timing belt had broken and it needed to be replaced.  I called R-I Auto Care and explained the situation.  They told me they were not responsible for the timing belt as they checked the engine earlier this morning and everything was fine.  I went in person and same answer, they did not want to assume responsibility for anything.  I ended up fixing my car at this other place and I was even told that there other pulleys that broke as a consequence of all this and it may affect the performance of the engine, however at this point I don't have the extra money to fix it.  Please DO NOT go to this place, not only did they broke my car, also the service is horrible and the company lacks responsibility.
