Ray Ban/Sunglass Hut Stolen Sunglasses Nationwide

 I purchased Ray Ban sunglasses at a Sunglass Hut within a week a lens fell to the ground while I was wearing rhem and shattered. I went to a different Sunglass Hut to get repaired because I was working over-the-road they had me fill out and gave me a box to send the sunglasses for repair. I sent the and never heard from Rayban. I tried to call on phone and no communication. I wrote three letters in regard to my glasses zero response. Now....I am out $185 dollars for sunglasses....I wore for one week. Total lack of infrastructure to support customer service at Ray Ban and Sunglass Hut will not stand behind the products the sell...just awful experience.. I have been ripped off and robbed by a well known company.
