In short, they are the most unproffessional and corrupt company i have ever known. Employees Zacch and Brenda woodroof managers in Florida. They were completely in bed with the president, were not prepared for annual meeting and to agree to a new board. Stay away of this company if you don't want to be terrorized by them and the hoa. Board of professionals take note.
