Renuvaderm I purrchased Renuvaderm on a 14-day trial. I understood that the trail began once I received the product. I received it on March 27. I put on my calendar for Monday 4/6 to call them and tell them I just received the product before the Easter weekend and was not getting 14 days to try it. Internet

They charged me $184.04 and would not extend the trial and I could not send the product back. They said if it were late getting to me it was my responsibility to notify them. Rip Off is a good description of this company. They have you in small print and all they care about is their own financial gain and getting your money. If they really cared about the product they were have extended the trial to see if I liked it. I'm a business owner and believe in giving the best customer satisfaction. This company is indicative of what is happening online. I will never buy this product or any product on a trial period. It is a scam. The product is probably not very good since this is the only way they can market it is by forcing the consumer to keep it. I'm very upset.
