Retail Capital LLC Abrasive, Condensing, and Unprofessional. "What are you doing with my money?" troy Michigan

I've had several conversations with Mr. Timothy Bower, Performance Analyst, about my loan with your firm. We had a conversation where he agreed to lower my payment and would not take any other action. Mr. Bower proceeded to draw $2,5xx.00 in 3 different withdrawals from my bank account on the same day we spoke without consulting me. Among other issues he has breached client trust. Mr. Bower uses terms such as "What are you doing with my money?" I find his manner of speaking to me abrasive, condensing, and more than unprofessional. I'm a client not a criminal as he has spoken to me. I would hope you would want to know of Mr. Bower's treatment of one of your clients. I am working very hard in a difficult economic climate in this part of the U.S. to keep my financial commitment to your firm.
