This guy has at least 5 kids that we know of and he is avoiding paying support on any of them citing that he "doesn't need to pay any of his ex's drug or liquor bills". He claims to be a faithful member of AA, but has been recently seen in bars with drinks in hand, also claims to not have gambling problems, but is in front of video lottery machines.
This guy drives Semi cross country, has money to spend on trinkets of all sorts, but cannot send kids even a birthday card. Has sent me pictures of him in NY at OCC. This guy has abusive tendencies and currently has supervised visitation witch has caused him to not see his kids in close to 2 years because he doesn't belive he has any problems. The other ex and I just would like help in paying our bills to raise our kids. The father has Muscular Dystrophy and I think at least on of my children may have it too, I am awaiting results of testing. If this is the case, the financial support would be greatly appreciated.
Any help finding him or his assets would be greatly appreciated.

Richard A Carmody is now living in Huron, SD and is working at Dakota Provisions or better known as the Turkey Plant. He is trying to get custody of his 16 year old boy that is in Huron. The boy doesn't like Richard so he ran away from home and we are not sure where he is or when he's going to come home. I know that Richard was wanted in Florida just south of Orlando but after 5 years they took his pic. down.

Trying to find him for contempt of court....

He was just in court this spring for contempt of court. He was ordered to continue paying child support or he would go to JAIL. Well the amount, as of Dec. 1st is now 20,057 on my case only!! He paid for a couple of months then decided he didn't need to pay anymore. Haven't recieved a payment since July. The fine state of SD finally decided, after my nagging that they would finally pursue contempt of court proceedings again. Now the problem is trying to find him AGAIN!!! He is driving truck, but the state can't seem to find an employer. They say he had moved to a different town, they (state of SD) claim they are trying to serve him before court in Dec. If they can get him served, then if he doesn't show they can issue a warrant, but if they can't serve him they can't issue the bench warrant. How crazy is that??? His kids need clothes and shoes for Christmas, but they probably won't get them because he doesn't see the need to even bother with the measly $300 a month that he owes. If it helps anyone, he has black hair, brown eyes,he's really thin, he is starting to bald at the top, he walks with a noticeable limp, he has a tatoo of a devil on one arm with the word STYX on it. He also has several other tattoo's. Any information would be greatly appreciated!! I'm running out of idea's on where to turn.
