Richard Swartz Senior Solutions, Pennsylvania Life Scam Artist that preys on the elderly. Lake Mary, Florida

I have been in Central Florida since the 30's and I have done business with hundreds maybe a thousand people and I have never run across such a despicable  individual.

My wife and I went on the computer to find out about Medicare, and what we needed to do. We got a call on the telephone from Mr. Scwartz explaining to us that he was a senior advocate with a company called Senior Solutions. We made an appointment with him, because his job was to educate seniors.

Mr. Swartz came out to our house and gave us a brief overview of Medicare which was good, then he started asking us finance questions. I went along for awhile, then my wife gave some personal information about our financial situation. He then became very pushy and overbearing and demanded we give him all of our money to put into an annuity. My wife and I were very uncomfortable with his tone. He then started on reverse mortages. I asked him to leave and asked him for our information back that he wrote down and he would not give it to us.

I did some independent research on this Senior Solutions and they are a life insurance company. It is actually Pennsylvania Life, they use this Senior Solutions name to trick Seniors into handing over their life savings. I have reported this company to my congressman. They need to be shut down and Mr. Swartz needs to be put in Jail.
