I have never seen the actual note to the loan.This attorney in particular works works closely together with the Ocwen Rep.Charges and files documents with the court eg Notice of Action and proof of publication without EVER having made the attempt to contact me directly.He pretends that I cannot be found.My neighbors are my Power of Attorney and also never have been directly notified.
