So far, Mr. Sajous has made one refund payment, for approximately 1% of the money to be refunded. He has refused to  submit a written repayment schedule. During the month of March, I've emailed him multiple times. Each time he replies, "I'll call you later today". No calls so far, and no additional payments have been received.

Please be accurate. SBM& Capital has closed & funded your company $100,000.00 in total which you have received. We also approved you for an additional $100,000 to use as working capital which you decided to turn down. If you read your agreement you can understand the true outcome of your statements. 

This is my last statement. I will continue to honor our agreement and will do all I can to keep this out of the courts. 

Good news, Mr. Sajous gave me a check for $1,000 and said that he will continue to refund Validation Plus (in installments).

To whom it may concern, 

 I do not know who Mr. Jacob is who has filed this report. We were in litigation with a Livingston company owned by Mr. Gassman. The company hired us to raise money to invest in a foreign country and the strategy had to be changed numerous times. In the midst of the modifications our timelines were not going according to plan and a dispute began. I have the highest regards for Mr. Gassman and his company and what he continues to accomplish. We have worked out undisclosed terms to bring this matter to a closing and it is unfortunate to see him place this report. Our attorneys had this matter over a year and we felt it was better to communicate directly. This post was not expected since we met with each other a few weeks ago. 

Our reputation at SBM&Capital, LLC since 2007 is strong and our business clients continue to seek our guidance for financing and strategy.

We are deciding how to legally pursue this matter and will began conversations with the proper law firms who concentrates in such matters as online falsified claims and have these statements resolved and removed. In an age where social media can impact business this post can cause irreversible financial damage to our company and reputation. 

 Again these statements are out of content and hope Mr. Gassman understands we will not stand for such statements.
