Seacoast Car Club Employee gets fired for telling truth Somersworth New Hampshire

I was hired as a female employee at Seacoast Car Club by Dave Aldus and after one week with the company I was FIRED. All because I reported that a co- worker SPIT yes spit in my face. I agreed to be transferred to the other store and when I went in one hour early I was told to fill-out a report of what had take place. Now keep in mind the manager who ask for this report was the borther of the co-worker who spit in my face. I did as asked from the manage (brother of spitting co worker) and then the next thing I knew the general Manager Dave Aldus came into the store and then wrote a letter of termination for ME. He claims that i did a no call no show that wednesday, which i did call and spoke with a different co-worker to report that i was not coming in that day. Now to make the matters worse I never reported the Sexual Abuse that I dealt with for that one week. I took the abuse from everyone while Dave Aldus did nothing. NOW keep in mind they have strick rules about that at Seacoast Car Club. I am now seeking legal advise from Attorney Chris Gage and from the Rochester p.d. Since spitting is assult and battery with bodily fluids. I plan on take my actions as far as I can go. The owner Tony Should be ashamed that is company allows this to happen and yet the innocent gets fired. I do not want the job back but i do want JUSTICE. My advise is simply Do Not Go To Seacoast Car Club for a car or a job. Unless you are a man that like abuse and money taken from you .
