on Jan 31,2003, I got the letter from sears national bank and indicate that I should not be responsible for the fraud account I had. And, they said they will inform " experian , Tranunion , equifax " . However, I just found that they did not inform " experian " about this issue. So, I wrote to " experian " two month ago. They informed " sears and sherman acquisiton - credit agency , but experian got the inform about remaining the charges.
What should I do ?? That was fraud account.
