Sedgwick had to be the most ineffective,  inefficient,  crooked company that has ever existed.  I'm extremely shock that this company had been able to remain in business.  This concerns me as there are thousands of negative reports regarding their lack of handling a L&I case.  At this point,  I'm prepared to take this company to court.  I'm not going to explain my story due to the fact that it is extremely long however, my story is very similar to what thousands of people are reporting.  It appears that writing these complaints hasn't rectified the issue so we need to move forward with a Class Action lawsuit.  Anyone that's interested,  please send an email to fightsedgwickback@gmail.com

Hopefully,  if enough people are willing to fight,  we can make a change.  Strength is in numbers.  I'm so tired of this company getting paid to do nothing but cause hell and havoc to the working class that have been injured.
