My name is Dario Videla, new to the web design business, we instructed SEEDINFOTECH, www.seedinfotech.com to build us a website template and sales, reservations and payments administration system to support the development of a number of websites across the Americas selling and renting out property.

We formally instructed SEED INFOTECH on December 12, 2007.
We agreed a fee of $4000 USD and paid $1200 USD in advance.

We have our front-end designs (we were forced to complete the designs ourselves) ready for many months, but not the work we instructed and the company, from Chief Executive downwards, behaved like cheap confidence tricksters.

We sent them a very clear brief and they failed to deliver the project for over one year. Our brief and our exchanges are available in one PDF document for any interested party to review at their leisure.

We make such documents available to engender the utmost transparency and protect other consumers our complaints, including over 20 hours of Skype exchanges with their staff make interesting reading.

During this period, and many months after instructing them during 2008, Seed InfoTech asked us to design our own 'look' and offered a rebate us as their designers were very poor and we submitted what they call our 'skins.'

Since we urgently wanted an administration and reservation system we clung on to the hope that they might come through for us.

SEED INFOTECH, www.seedinfotech.com, failed us dismally and we are now forced to take legal action to recover our costs, losses and damages resulting from this debacle.

We suggest that no company consider dealing with SEED INFOTECH, we now seek an Indian lawyer and someone who knows how to report this company to the agency that awarded this shower ISO 9001.
