I purchased over $800 worth of his products from him based on his specifications. Nothing worked as claimed. His SMS service is never worked as stated and when I asked for a refund, which he said he would, he never refunded my money. Originally paid for it via paypal and I should have sent it back ASAP and I would have got a refund. However I believed his BS "the check is in the mail" and it never came and by the time I asked for a refund from paypal it was to late.
His support service is non-existent. He was banned from one marketing forum for his questionable activities and there were many people on that forum who were all claiming the same thing, he is not to be trusted and where are the products/services they ordered. He lies constantly and anything he says or produces is suspect.
Word of warning, stay away....

What this report does not tell you is that the customer never returned the device that he purchased. Since the wireless transmission device has a retail value of over $600 we, like any other company, would be looking to receive the returned device back in our office before issuing a refund. Unfortunately, the customer never returned the device. I told the client over and over that we would immediately issue a refund as soon as we received the device. I instructed him to send it by traceable mail to ensure it's safety in transit, and we would pay the extra costs - once we received the device. After 30 days all sales are final; as is stated on our web site.
In regards to our SMS service not working...
We were able to run over several hundred mobile campaigns for our clients with no issues at all and were never able to determine why the service would work for all of our other clients and not him. From time to time there would be network outtages that would cause a campaign to not be delivered properly. That happens with every service or platform of this nature; no matter the size of the company. We always offered make-goods to any client that suffered a communincations loss due to network outtages.
We are a small company so we may not have the fastest support times, but we were always available to our clients by email, Skype, phone number, chat, and postal mail. On the weekends when our staff was off and the office was closed I responded to all of the support tickets myself ensuring that all clients received a response within 12 hours. While no company is perfect I prided myself on having superior support above all else in our business vertical.
I am not and have not been banned from any online forums so that statement is completely false.
Having worked with may Fortune 500 companies I don't think we would have been able to attain and keep the clients that we have if we ran our business rooted with deceptive practices.
