SPS and CHASE Sent modification loan then said home foreclosed 3 months earlier Delano Minnesota

Corrupt mortgage companies!!!! Family seeking help. Please read!!

3 years ago I lost my job. After the mandatory late period of mortgage pmts I began seeking modification. During the next 3 years my mortgage has been sold 3 times and the mortgage company at the time would cash my monthly modification pmts. My house (that I have been making modification pmts on) was officially foreclosed February of this year although Chase and SPS still cashed modification pmts after the foreclosure date and sent 2 new modification letters!! I hired a lawyer and went to work. After thousands of dollars to the lawyer he said the new mortgage holder of my home offered me $5000 to vacate the home. Although I was perfectly willing to re establish a loan on a house I was upside down on because it's OUR home and didn't believe in walking away I could t keep throwing money away to a lawyer who in my opinion couldn't care less. I was also trying to get back some of the $6000 I spent on home improvements to get ready for our first baby. New roof, wood floors, carpet and the babies room. I am being asked to leave the house by December 31st of this year but have no where to go because the courts won't file the paperwork stating I don't owe on the house. Although it may not be the best option I tried to stay positive looking for a new start and fresh beginning for my new family. 

 

Here is where it gets very frustrating. I have been trying to get a rental property through invitation homes and am declined. Why you ask? No not because of the foreclosure because on my bureau it shows I still own the house and owe $248000 . I have faxed over endless documents and spent hours on the phone to these people and their response is sorry sir you need to show you have an updated address or the account needs to show new ownership!!!! satisfied or dismissed!!! Seriously these people are impossible. I asked them if I could pay a one year lease in FULL upfront and they said no. After endless calls and emails to my lawyer with no response I am beyond frustrated. I am being asked to leave a house that is foreclosed but I still owe 248000 on??? Am I missing something????!!!  I don't know what else to do I am at my wits end. It seems like nobody cares!!!! I am looking for a new beginning and forget all the bs in the past with all of this. Life is too short for this negative stress filled crap that in the long run really doesn't matter. I have a beautiful baby daughter that needs her father. 

 

 

I am looking for a place to rent and this is what I bring to the table. I have a beautiful wife, a miracle of a month old daughter a black lab that loves the world and a boston terrier with a personality that's unbelievable. Oh yeah a cat that came with my wife so that comes too. 

 

We are great people that work hard and would be the best renters you have ever had. I want to give my wife and daughter a place they can call home. Employment is stable for both of us and we have a combined household income of well over $100000. As we mentioned to the mortgage company and invitation homes we want to pay, we can pay give us a chance. My wife's credit it perfect and the house mess is only in my name. I am reaching out and believe there are a lot of good people out there that want to help. We make car pmts, student loan pmts and yes we do pay our bills.
