Stephen Meade is a Vice President at Chase Bank Business Division. Last December Stephen engaged with our firm to and represented himself as a honest, experienced and competent professional to handle a real estate transaction worth over $1.5m. He further explicitly represented his superior intellectual abilities and represented that he had a decision making authority to meet the deadlines set forth by the purchase and sale agreement. He further represented to be the underwriter for the loan and offered unconditional guarantee to have the authority to beat the pricing on any conventional or sba structured loans. Stephen Meade subsequently failed to perform. The reality shows Stephen Meade to be inexperienced junior sales representative without any particular knowledge of the financial systems or even internal processes and procedures at his own bank. Stephen Meade is an incompetent opportunist who uses pressure sales techniques and goes great length in misrepresenting his abilities and authority. Stephen Meade has nearly sank our project and did not even attempt to find other solutions or options despite the availability of such options. Stephen Meade is a self centerd, cunning and dishonest individual who caused my firm tens of thousands dollars in losses. Stephen Meade is a dishonest operation, a disingenuous actor whom you expect to see a used sales car lot rather than a reputable financial institution. I do not recommend Stephen Meade for any banking services.
