Installtion of my raised concrete patio was done on August 25  2018.   Charles (the owner) Had his worker remove the forms the very same day which didn't allow the concrete enough time to set (dry) completely, causing stress cracks to develope along with a gapping hole at the base bottom.  We had notified him over the course of 6 weeks with a lot of promises with nothing more.  I understand that the weather was somewhat to blame, however, there were many days that he let pass and did not contact us to come out and make repairs.  Today is October 4th  2018, and I heard nothing from him in the past 2 weeks, so I guess he isn't going to do anything except blow us off, just like he did to someone else who filed a report simular to mine in 2016.  His motto should read "I make excuses and No repairs."   So I hope that anyone wanting patio installation done.  Find someone who has your best interest at heart and not some scam artist like Charles.
