Success Solar Group Success Lending Group Was sold under false pretenses!. Phoenix, Arizona

I was told by the salesman that in order for the company to do business in California, they had to have two licensed persons in the state.  That I have the opportunity to be one of the two licensee.  This then would allow Success Solar to solicit leads in the state and that I would then receive a $50 commission for each lead. 

While I really thought this was too good to be true, not being an attorney and he being a representative for the company, I did not question it any further. 

Later, when I inquired with the company, I learned this was not true, that I actually was purchasing a website and would then need to market this site to be able to attract leads, which would be forwarded to the company. 

Of course, that was not what I thought I was purchasing, so I then filed a dispute with my bank.
