i found an unauthorized charge on my checking account today from "supportsw". I believe it is related to a trojan horse discovered by my current anti-virus software on friday night. i called their customer support center only to wait on hold for twenty min. i was then sent to voicemail ,which was full, after being told by automated system i was being forwarded to a representitive. i went through this three times before i gave up. i did not authorize anyone to charge anything to my account but discovered a $95.73 charge on my account this morning.
