Supportsw.com Fraudulent Charge Made on Our Credit card During April 2008 We Don't Know The Location Internet

We found an unauthorized charge in our credit card statement from 'supportsw'. We believe it is related to a trojan horse discovered by anti-virus software I purchased from SpyNet that popped up on my computer and claimed to have found a virus there. We called their customer support center twice to complain about the charge and both times waited on hold for thirty min and then we were disconnected.

The SpyNet software kept locking up our computer--they would not answer our support calls. And then the supportsw service posted a fraudulent charge to our credit card account.

Consumers, read your credit card statements carefully, and report this fraud immediately!
